E0MAP (operated under E0MAP) provides a free, publicly accessible directory of gas stations across Hawaii. Our goal is to help residents and visitors find fuel — including Non-Ethanol (E0) gasoline, diesel, EV charging, and alternative fuels.

2. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use E0MAP.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, our hosting infrastructure may collect standard server logs including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used solely for security monitoring and aggregate analytics (e.g., page-view counts).

Information you choose to provide

If you contact us via email, we will receive the information you include in your message (name, email address, message content). We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use a limited number of cookies:

Essential cookies — An admin session cookie is used for site management. It is HttpOnly, not accessible to JavaScript, and expires after 24 hours. Regular visitors are never issued this cookie.
Cookie consent preference — A small localStorage entry records whether you have dismissed the cookie notice banner. No personal data is stored.
Third-party cookies — Our interactive maps are powered by Mapbox. Mapbox may set its own cookies and collect usage data according to its own privacy policy.

Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Email correspondence is retained as long as needed to resolve your inquiry. Station directory data is public information and retained indefinitely.
